How ranking works
The order in which partners appear in the directory, on service pages and in search, and what never changes that order.
Default order
If you share your location, the nearest partner comes first. Then partners whose KYC documents Gatish has approved. Then the rating from real reviews. Choosing "Highest rated" or "Lowest starting price" applies only that order.
Paying to rank higher
Right now no partner can pay to move up. When that starts, every such listing will clearly say "Sponsored". There will be no paid placement without that label.
Rating
A rating comes only from reviews left after a completed job, and it shows only once there are at least 5 reviews. Below that the rating stays hidden; it is never shown as zero.
Verified
The Verified mark appears only after the Gatish team has checked and approved the partner's KYC documents. It is not a guarantee of the quality of the work.
Price
A "From" price is the lowest rate the partner has entered themselves. With no rate, the listing says "Price on request". The partner makes the final bill after seeing the vehicle, and you pay the partner directly after the work is done.
